Hello everyone...

    So I rode the fail boat through the last half of the year. It was an interesting ride to say the least. this year though looks to have something going for it.... we will see I am reluctantly optimistic.

    I have only two resolutions for the 2014 year. The important one is I am going to be posting a one picture a week challenge to myself. I have learned a few things about my motivators and will be blackmailing myself until we figure this out. lol

    I still owe a couple of people art and sadly one of them left Da without even saying a thing.... which is not unusual unless you talked to them outside of the sight... I am saddened by her shutting me out but I also understand she has a hard life.... I dont expect to hear from her ever again though I will worry about her.
I will still draw her request regardless though she will never see it.

    I have been in a really bad art block off and on for the past couple of years... i keep trying to convince myself to draw but it doesn't work. this year I will just keep drawing until its gone. Part of it I think comes from the fact that I do not like the way the faces are turning out. I was trying to get away from the more "anime" or "Disney" looks that people tell me I have into something more... "Me" more cartoon or more realistic I dont care. Though in the possess I lost what I liked about my art. That will change.

    I think this semester will also be easier on me as a total. Last semester sadly i got stuck with labour intensive classes and a financially intensive semester period. Despite struggling to make everything work I was able to pass all of my classes and will now consider myself on the downward slope. we will see though the universe has a way with bowling one over if it thinks they need it.


    Any way! May this year be easier than the last kinder and may your days be brighter for it! To everyone else with a resolution... GOOD LUCK! and HAPPY NEW YEAR!

    Also for those who saw my last journal. I lost my challenge with my sister and will be taking her to a nice dinner sometime in the next couple of weeks lol

So me and my sister are really bad about posting art... yea really bad. I have challenged her to a 100 art posting challenge. by new years we are to have 100 new pieces NOT SCRAPS in our galleries.  the loser (a.k.a. the one with the least amount of pieces submitted) has to take the other out to dinner. ^u^

if you watch ether of us(and even if you dont) please pester annoy and ask all the time where is the new art!!! this is wanted you are welcome to do so!!

so far there are really no major rules. I'm in art school and will NOT be posting my class work as part of the challenge nor will any of my requests be involved. I have a list of new things I want to work on and I would like to get a really good Id image drawn up I love that she made me but I have had one in my head for a long time that i would like to make.

what is allowed for us to post: pictures, poetry, photography, sculpture (soft or not), and stories (finished or just a chapter they both count). NO SCRAPS ARE INCLUDED

going back to requests. these are the people I still owe requests for and my time is really short with school starting in a couple of weeks, but  they will be finished!!

First of all sorry to everyone who has made requests. They are much later than I wanted them to be! After getting them all done on paper everything that could have gone wrong did. Thank you storms! Lost electricity once, internet twice, air conditioning twice, and about crashed my computer because it's old and needs to retire, but enough about me THE REQUESTS ARE FINISHED!!!!!  YAY!!!

I am more or less closing down the requests for now. I plan on taking them as I get the time but with school coming up I don't want to make promises I cannot keep due to my time being eaten up. Though please ask away you never know when I can take them

so for those who do not know or have not asked I am going to be taking requests all summer. These are free images drawn and colored by me. If you want one please read the need to know lists and post in the comments thank you.

what you need to know:

Pictures are to be of your original characters no fan art. I will also do adopted characters and creatures, finally none of my characters to in these requests please.
You can only ask for up to two characters in an image.

Nothing x or r rated.

Do not have to be human can be anything human, furry, animal, invented, etc..

low to no backgrounds but there can be something we can talk it over when you request.

To prevent me from losing your requests please ask in the journal comments. After that we can move to another form of communication.

What I need to know:

I will need either an already existing image or detailed description of your character. If you don't tell me they have something they will not get it because I won't know.

Most of these will be full body but if you are looking for just portraits I can do that as well. The images will be standing, sitting, or in dynamic poses. You can ask but if you do not specify they

If you want them in specific clothing make note especially if you give me a link to an already existing image. I will draw what they are wearing at the time otherwise.

If you have a description:  those I would like to have sent through notes so that if they are long they are not taking up space in the comments.  This is going to be the standard unless you have it written somewhere else and can link it to me. Please and thank you.

THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW

Pictures are to be of your original characters no fan art! So that means no Naruto, twilight, sailor moon, Pokemon, Supernatural, etc.

there are to be only one or two characters in a single image any more and I will ignore the request. I do not do well with group shots but I welcome couples and the like.
I am not drawing anything R or X rated so no pornographic content or even Ecchi. I am willing to do naked characters but I will not go out of my way to make it provocative.
You characters do not have to be human. gryphons , lions, wolves, dragons and more I encourage them all though I will note that I am better at some than others.
These are going to be low to no backgrounds so no asking for full scenery in your image because it isn't happening.
To keep things nice and tidy only make your requests in the journals about the requests there will be several throughout the summer. I am doing this so I do not lose any of you not because I'm mean.
